Terms of Service

SHEET L-02 · TERMS OF SERVICE

OPERATED BY TRIDENT INNOVATIONS LLC · LAST UPDATED 2026-07-21

Agreement to these terms

§01

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of LEGACY.XRP (the “Service”), operated by Trident Innovations LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

§02

Legacy.XRP is a developer and education tool: an AI copilot that drafts, explains, and helps you run XRP Ledger transactions and code. The AI proposes; you approve every transaction. The Service defaults to the XRPL testnet, a consequence-free sandbox that uses valueless test XRP. Using mainnet is a separate, deliberate, per-transaction opt-in.

Accounts

§03

You need an account (email and password) to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

No custody of your funds or keys

§04

The Service is non-custodial. We never take custody of your crypto assets. The optional in-app wallet is a testnet developer playground; any wallet key you use stays in your browser and signs transactions on your device. We never request, transmit, or store your wallet seed. Never enter a real (mainnet) wallet secret into the testnet playground.

Credits & payments

§05

Paid usage of the Service runs on credits. The following terms govern them:

  • AWhat credits are. Credits are a prepaid license to use the Legacy.XRP AI and tooling. Buying credits is a purchase of software usage — not an investment, deposit, security, or store of value.
  • BNot redeemable for cash or crypto. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, XRP, or any other currency or asset. They can only be spent on the Service.
  • CHow you pay. Credits are purchased in XRP sent from your own external wallet to a treasury address shown at checkout, and (when available) by card through a third-party processor. You are responsible for network fees and for sending to the correct address; on-ledger payments are irreversible.
  • DRefunds. Except where required by law, credit purchases are final. For billing questions, contact Vindustrialinc@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

§06

You agree not to:

  • Ause the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including phishing, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
  • Battempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts;
  • Cresell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service, or use it to impersonate any person or entity;
  • Dabuse the free testnet allowances or evade metering, rate limits, or fraud controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your responsibility on-ledger

§07

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and public. You are solely responsible for the transactions you approve and execute — including on mainnet — and for understanding their effect. The AI can make mistakes; review every drafted transaction before you approve it. We are not responsible for losses arising from transactions you choose to submit.

Intellectual property

§08

The Service, its branding, and its content are owned by the Company. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Code the AI generates for you is yours to use; the platform, catalog, and design remain ours.

Third-party services & the XRP Ledger

§09

The Service relies on third parties (including authentication, hosting, our AI model provider, and public XRPL infrastructure) and interacts with the open-source XRP Ledger, which we do not control. LEGACY.XRP is an independent third-party developer tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, or the XRP Ledger project. “XRP” and “XRP Ledger” refer to the open, public ledger.

Disclaimer of warranties

§10

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. Nothing here is financial, legal, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

§11

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or crypto assets, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

§12

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payments owed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes to these terms

§13

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date on this sheet. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & contact

§14

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms: Trident Innovations LLC · LEGACY.XRP · Vindustrialinc@gmail.com
