Privacy Policy

Legacy.XRP is an AI-assisted building platform for the XRP Ledger, operated by Trident Innovations LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what data we collect when you use LEGACY.XRP, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: Vindustrialinc@gmail.com.

The optional in-app wallet is a testnet developer playground. Any testnet wallet key you generate or import stays in your browser and is used only to sign testnet transactions client-side; the corresponding signed transaction — never the secret — is what goes to the ledger. We do not transmit, request, or store your wallet seed on our servers. Mainnet purchases are paid from your own external wallet and we never take custody of your funds.

We use the data above only to: create and secure your account; authenticate you at sign-in; meter, deliver, and support the service; process and reconcile credit purchases; detect fraud and abuse; and comply with our legal obligations. AI features send your prompts to our model provider to generate responses; pasted secrets are stripped client-side before any prompt leaves your browser.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make the platform function — authentication and database hosting (Supabase), application hosting and analytics (Vercel), our AI model provider, and, where applicable, a payment processor — each acting on our instructions under their own security obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account at any time. To make a request, email Vindustrialinc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first.

Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, transactions are signed on your device, and your wallet seed is never sent to us — that is architecture, not just policy. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

LEGACY.XRP is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date on this sheet, and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
